Scott grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland where he lived until 2002. He relocated to Denver, Colorado to continue his career as a computer mapping specialist and pursue his passion as a photographer. He currently works as an aerial photographer in South America for the Department of State.

Scott's interest in photography began in high school where he won various awards for his submissions to student art competitions. Throughout college his photographic interests remained, however he was not able to practice as much as he would have liked. After graduating with a degree in geography, once again the pursuit of his hobby took off.

Scott has photographed everything from landscapes, sporting events, and weddings. His most notable photographic experience to date was having the opportunity to shoot the Carmelo Anthony and Alonzo Mourning celebrity 8-Ball Tournament during the 2005 NBA Allstar weekend in Denver. His work in South America has given him a chance to interact with and photograph different cultures as well as improve upon his photographic skills.
